Using your NeoXG account
Does NeoXG hold dollars?
No. Your NeoXG account holds gold in grams. The dollar figure is an estimate of what that gold is worth at the displayed price, not another balance.
Can I send gold or dollars?
Yes. Choose Send, choose USD or gold as the payment currency, then enter a recipient and amount. Paying in USD converts the needed gold at the price shown in your review.
What happens when I buy or sell gold?
Buying uses a payment from your bank and adds gold to your account. Selling converts gold and pays the proceeds to your bank. This demo uses an illustrative $100 per gram and no sample fees.
Is any of this real money?
No. This is a UI prototype with sample balances and transactions. No payment is made, no bank is connected, and your changes reset on refresh.
