Do I need to create a real account?
No. Sign In and Get Started lead through simulated screens. Empty fields work, Google is not connected, and there is no account registration.
Why did my balance reset?
Balances, recipients and transaction changes stay only in the open demo. Refreshing resets them. Only the dashboard tour’s step and completion status are saved locally.
What if I lose my device?
There is no real account to recover today. Production recovery and device-protection procedures must be defined before launch.
Is the identity check real?
No. It uses sample documents and a simulated face check. It never requests your camera or uploads an ID.
Your gold and its dollar value
Does NeoXG hold dollars for me?
Under the intended Lebanon launch model, the holding is gold. USD is a valuation or payment denomination, not a separate internal cash balance.
Can the dollar value go down?
Yes. A fixed quantity of gold can have a lower dollar value when the gold price falls. The prototype does not promise a return or capital protection.
What is XG?
XG is the proposed digital record of the gold-backed position. Its exact unit and the holder’s legal rights are not finalized.
Can I collect physical gold?
Physical redemption requires separate eligibility, minimums, costs and delivery terms. These have not been announced.
Sending, receiving and paying
Can a non-user receive gold in NeoXG?
The intended flow gives gold positions only to eligible NeoXG users. For a non-user USD payout, the required gold is sold and the dollars leave through an external payout channel.
Can I choose grams instead of dollars?
Yes. The sample account lets you enter either unit when sending, receiving, buying or selling. Send and Receive also let you choose the payment denomination separately.
Which bank or payment provider is supported?
No provider or live route is connected. The bank account shown in the demo is fictional.
How long does a payment take?
Production timing depends on the final route and provider. Instant demo confirmations are not a settlement-time promise.
How do refunds work?
Merchant refund denomination, conversion rate, fees and processing times need to be specified before launch.
Prices and fees
Which fees apply?
Production fees are not finalized. Purchase and sale spreads, custody charges, external payouts and merchant settlement terms need to be published. The sample account’s zero fee is not a promise about launch pricing.
Is the gold price live?
The landing-page chart uses a public reference feed and shows its timestamp. The account and pricing examples use an illustrative $100 per gram. Neither is an executable NeoXG quote.
