Understand how account access, payment reviews and recovery are intended to work. You can explore the demo without sharing a password or an identity document.
Explore without sharing sensitive details
You do not need a real password, a Google account or an ID to try NeoXG. Sign-in, identity checks and transfers are simulated; no account is created and no money moves.
Use fictional details or leave the sign-in fields blank. Your demo balance resets on refresh. Only your dashboard-tour progress is saved on this device.
Your access should stay in your hands
Checking your devices
You should be able to recognize devices, review sessions and respond to access you do not recognize. Those tools are part of the intended account experience.
Getting back in
If you lose access, you will need a clear recovery process with identity checks and support. The production procedure is still to be defined.
Check the details before money moves
Your payment review should show who receives it, what they receive, how much gold you use, the fees and what remains. You can inspect those review screens in the demo.
Real fraud detection, sanctions screening and transaction authorization require operating systems beyond these screens. They are not active in this prototype.
Know what happens to your information
Waitlist submissions are emailed to the NeoXG team through Zoho CPaaS (ZeptoMail). Enquiry forms remain simulated and do not send or save your entries. See the privacy section for the details.
Before using a live service, you should be able to read how access, retention, incidents and independent security assessments are handled. That production documentation is pending, and no certification is claimed here.
