The pages explain the intended experience and the details still under development. They do not establish a customer agreement, an authorization, custody arrangements or insurance coverage.
The terms you will need before joining
Pending product and legal approvalBefore opening a real account, you will need to review the contracting company, eligibility, your rights to the gold-backed position, fees, execution, custody, redemption and dispute processes. Those service terms are not finalized.
Trying the simulated sign-up flow does not enter you into a financial contract.
What happens to your data here
Prototype behavior; production privacy notice pendingWhen you join the waitlist, your email address and any optional name, country and interest category are sent to the NeoXG team through Zoho CPaaS (ZeptoMail). The submission is held in the team’s email inbox and processed by the email provider; this website does not keep a signup database. You can ask to stop receiving updates or request removal by emailing [email protected].
Enquiry forms, identity and payment steps remain simulated. Enquiry entries are not sent or saved, no documents are uploaded and no camera access is requested. Your dashboard-tour progress is saved locally; account-demo names, emails and balances are not. Avoid entering real passwords or sensitive information.
The gold chart requests prices from an external provider. Your connection metadata may be visible to the services handling those requests, just as it is with ordinary web hosting. A full production privacy notice will need to identify the operator, processors, retention and your rights-request route.
